Official Groundbreaking to be Held for Aynor Medical Center

Marion, SC--Marion Regional Healthcare System will be breaking ground for their new Aynor Medical Center on Friday, January 30th, at 11:00 AM.

This new facility, located between Hickory Street and 11th Street in Aynor, will increase patient access as well as allow for the expansion of services available in the area. The facility will be used for general family medicine, offering comprehensive medical care for all ages. Built to meet the ever-evolving needs of the Pee Dee area, the center will also bring highly trained physicians to the area along with a new level of convenience and comfort to patients.

“We expect the new Aynor Medical Center to advance the way healthcare is delivered in the community for decades to come,” said Don Lloyd, Executive Vice President, Marion Regional Healthcare System. “This facility will help us to respond to the growth in demand for our services. This expansion is only the first of many big things to come for Marion Regional Healthcare System.”
