Today is a significant day in our healthcare system’s history, as we celebrate our successful acquisition by a subsidiary of Community Health Systems, Inc. As we begin to operate under this new ownership, we are more than excited about the promising future we now face.
With our new affiliation comes the management expertise and resources required to help us succeed in an environment which is increasingly more challenging . Community Health Systems has a proven track record and a strong sense of community, and I know by working together, we will continue to honor our strong tradition of caring for local residents with high-quality, compassionate health services.
We will maintain the essential services we currently provide and our focus will remain on patient care. For our patients and visitors, your input is always welcome, and if you have questions or concerns, we hope you will share them with us.
